Careers at PACE

Why PACE

A small team that ships real equipment

We're an independent manufacturer of metallographic equipment and consumables. The team is lean, the work is hands-on, and what you build leaves the building.

Hands-on engineering

Design, prototype, test, and ship. Short feedback loops, no committees, and your drawings on a saw the same quarter.
