Sourcing PACE products from outside the US

If your lab is outside the United States, you don’t need to figure out which partner to call. We connect you with the distributor who handles your region.

Our partner network spans six continents, with active coverage across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Australia, and parts of Africa. To keep our partners protected from solicitation, we don’t publish a directory; instead, we route every inquiry to the right team.

From there, the partner will be in touch with local pricing, lead times, and on-the-ground support. Our applications team in Arizona stays available behind them for any technical question that comes up along the way.

Why partner with PACE

Distributors carrying PACE products get access to our complete portfolio: precision sectioning, mounting, grinding and polishing machines, consumables, etchants, and accessories. The same catalog we sell direct, with pricing structured for a partner relationship instead of a list-price retail one.

Technical support is the part most distributors find harder to source elsewhere. We train your sales and applications staff on real samples, hand off documentation and marketing collateral, and stay available for the procedures and troubleshooting questions that come up in the field. When a customer in your region asks a hard question, you have a metallurgist on the other end of an email.

How the partnership works

It starts with a short distributor questionnaire so we can understand your company: the team, the markets you serve, the equipment lines you already represent, and the service capabilities you can bring to PACE customers in your region.

From there we put together a distributor agreement that lays out the territory, pricing tiers, and mutual commitments. Nothing is one-sided; the agreement exists so both sides know what they’re getting.

Once that’s signed, we set you up with documentation, marketing collateral, and direct training sessions for your sales and applications teams. After that the work begins.
