Typical Time:60 seconds

Dissolve 10g CuCl₂ and 40g MgCl₂ in 1000ml water, then add 20ml HCl. Mix thoroughly.

Immerse sample for 60-120 seconds. Swab gently if needed. Rinse with water.

Excellent for revealing graphite distribution in cast irons. May require longer times for some materials.

Store in glass bottle. Shelf life: several months.
